28 students from Year 9 were warmly welcomed by their host families yesterday evening.
We had a smooth bus journey through Germany, Belgium and France and arrived in time to catch the earlier ferry, saving us 2 hours of waiting.
During the ferry ride, excitement kept growing and the students had to place their first food orders. The sun on their faces and the stunning view of the white cliffs glowing in the sunset, Sussex welcomed us in style.
We’re looking forward to spending the day in Hastings and hiking to the Seven Sisters. Will keep you posted!
